This website is a static site with no backend, no database and no customer account system. That design removes most of the places where enquiry data could be exposed.
How the site is built
Pages are generated at build time and served as static files. There is no application server processing your enquiry, no enquiry database and no server-generated reference number.
- The site is served over HTTPS.
- A Content Security Policy restricts what the browser is allowed to load.
- Security headers are applied, including X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy and Permissions-Policy.
- No private keys, API keys or credentials are present in the published files.
How your enquiry is handled
Validation happens in your browser. The message is built in your browser and passed to WhatsApp through a standard click-to-chat link. Your details are not transmitted to CAREALL by this website.
What you should never send
Do not send any of the following through this website or in an initial WhatsApp message:
- Aadhaar number, PAN or any government identity number
- Bank details, card details or any payment information
- One-time passwords or passwords
- Scanned identity or insurance documents
Reporting a problem
If you notice a security problem with this website, use the contact options on the contact page to report it. Please do not include sensitive personal data in the report.
