It is not an insurer policy-issuance platform, an underwriting platform, a claims-settlement platform, a payment platform or a customer account system. CAREALL Digital Services holds no IRDAI registration as an insurance agent, corporate agent, broker or other intermediary.

Using the information

The information is general and is provided so you can understand the subject before speaking to someone. You should not rely on it as advice for a specific policy, vehicle, use or claim. Where a decision matters, check the applicable policy wording and the applicable insurer's position.

Acceptable use

You may read this website, and use the enquiry form for a genuine enquiry. You may not:

• submit false details, or send an enquiry on someone else's behalf without their knowledge;
• copy, republish or resell the content of this website as your own;
• use automated means to scrape, overload or disrupt the website;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or test its security without permission; or
• use it for anything unlawful, or in a way that misrepresents your relationship with CAREALL.

Enquiries

Submitting the enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. It does not create a contract, an insurance application, a proposal or any obligation on CAREALL or on any insurer. CAREALL may decline to assist with any enquiry.

Accuracy of what you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter. Describing a vehicle or its use inaccurately can affect what an insurer is able to offer and how a claim is treated.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, design, icons and code of this website belong to CAREALL Digital Services or are used by it with permission, and are protected by applicable law. You may read and share links to the pages. You may not reproduce the content as your own, or use the CAREALL name or logo, without written permission. Insurer names, product names and trade marks mentioned for explanation remain the property of their owners, and their use here does not imply any association or endorsement.

Availability and no warranty

This website is provided as it is and as available. CAREALL does not guarantee that it will be available without interruption, that it will be free of error at all times, or that the general information on it is complete or current for your particular vehicle, use or insurer. Insurance rules, products and insurer practice change, and the applicable policy wording and applicable law always prevail over anything stated here.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud. Subject to that, CAREALL is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on the general information on this website, from any decision taken by an insurer, from any delay or failure of a third-party service such as WhatsApp, or from the website being unavailable. Decisions on acceptance, premium, cover, exclusions and claims rest with the applicable insurer, and CAREALL does not make or guarantee them.

Third-party services

Continuing an enquiry on WhatsApp means using a third-party service governed by its own terms and privacy policy. CAREALL does not control that service. This website may also link to insurer or government websites for reference; those are provided for convenience and CAREALL is not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms and your use of this website are governed by the laws of India, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
